Managed Print Certified-Specific Terms

Please read the terms and conditions of the MPSA Managed Print Certified program below in order to best understand what is expected of you during and after completion of the Managed Print Certified application.

ACCESS & SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

· Purchase of a Managed Print Certifed accreditation provides access to the online application

· Access to the online application is available for 12 months following receipt of payment

· Applicants are required to accept these Terms & Conditions, a Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Code of Conduct, respond to all questions, provide all required documentation, and customer references as required

· Upon final submission of all responses to questions, uploading all required documents, and providing all customer references, access to the application is cut-off

· The MPSA will review all applications for completion and will contact all provided customer references for verification within 5 business days of receiving a submitted application

· Pass/Fail results will be provided by email at the end of that 5 day review period

EARNING AND DISPLAYING THE MANAGED PRINT CERTIFIED BADGE

· Successful completion of an MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation earns the right to display the related MPSA Managed Print Certified badge and promotion of the same

· Holders of an MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation are expected to follow the logo usage guidelines provided with the logo

· Holders of an MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation are encouraged to use the badge in promotional and business-related manners

· The MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation establishes a baseline of intelligent business practices

· Successful completion of the MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation suggests the holder of the accreditation is aware of and purports to behave by practices common among IT service providers

· The MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation is not an audited or independently surveyed process

· The MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation does not guarantee a higher quality of service nor guarantee an absence of error

· In the case of the MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation, completion of the “Skills Validation” sections do not result in an individual certification or other recognition of skills or knowledge of the individual

RENEWING AND CONTINUED USE OF MANAGED PRINT CERTIFIED

· The MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation is valid for a term of 1 year

· Renewal of the MPSA Managed Print Certified accreditation consists of maintaining MPSA Membership in good status

· Renewal extends the term of use for an additional 1 year
