Konica Minolta’s Managed Print Services solution provides overall fleet management of networked and local print devices. Recognizing that each business is unique, the company strategically combines consulting, hardware, software implementation and workflow management to provide each client with a solution that meets their particular needs, and aims to help businesses control operating costs, improve operations and ultimately accelerate growth.
Konica Minolta’s fleet monitoring service includes:
- Identifying the number of devices owned by each company and whether each is performing optimally
- Tracking how much volume is being generated per device, by department and by user
- Determining how much is being spent per device and the cost-per-print (CPP)
- Monitoring print jobs to allocate costs and identify new ways to improve output—including digitization and automation of print workflow

End-to-end management is key to any successful managed print offering. Konica Minolta’s vCareProSuite has enhanced integrations that allow its dealers to extend capabilities to meet the ever-changing needs of their customers. vCare Pro-Suite includes remote MFP fleet management service tools that include remote firmware upgrades, remote fleet-wide deployments, remote operation and more. Remote management and automatic remediation allow dealers to streamline service delivery while limiting the demand and labor typically associated with such tasks.
Shield Guard provides the ability to remotely monitor and manage customers’ MFP security settings. Dealers can manage the security of their clients’ endpoint print infrastructure remotely, creating additional revenues and bridging dealers’ endpoint security services from both their managed print business and managed service offerings.
To support clients’ cloud migration, Dispatcher Paragon Cloud offers powerful, fast, simple cloud print management in the form of infrastructure management as a service. With a unique SSO, Dispatcher Paragon Cloud also offers direct communication to Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud for customizable document processing. Through zero-footprint scan workflow automation with OCR processing in the cloud, the solution helps optimize the way users work, saving time and money.
