Describe your company 

It is the mission of Distribution Management to be the preferred distributor for print and imaging supplies, equipment and managed print services for resellers seeking a high-value, category-focused supplier to help them grow their business.

Describe your solution.

Our MPS infrastructure was built to give our partners access to an automated MPS solution that focuses on efficiency and cost control.  Our program has the capability to be a partner’s complete MPS infrastructure, but it is flexible enough for a partner that already has an MPS infrastructure to pick and choose individual components that they might need to complement their existing program. 

What pain point does your solution solve?

We want our partners to be able to do what they do best — sell an MPS solution and not have to worry about the management of their program after it is sold. We place a heavy focus on just-in-time fulfillment via predictive analytics.  We also strive to reduce freight expense by delivering multiple supplies that are scheduled to be depleted within a 10-20 day range in a single UPS shipment. Our automation of supply fulfillment removes the burden on our partners from trying to manage supplies internally. There is also a break/fix component of our program that gives our partners the ability to outsource printer service on devices that might fall out of their geographic reach. Our management of supplies and service is completely transparent to the partner and the end user via a portal called www.myprintermanager.com.

We now have a total of 10 MPSA Awards and they all reside on a table between the offices of our CEO, Sean Flemming, and our Founder, Tom Flemming.
