Vision are a long established, privately owned Managed Print Services business operating nationally throughout the UK.

Supporting around 3,500 clients with more than 20,000 machines in field (MIF), Vision has grown from being a local supplier in Hertfordshire to a key player in the UK national MPS market through a blend of organic new business wins and acquisition.

Vision is proud to support numerous well known UK (and global) brands, as well as Public Sector organisations; a testament to the commitment of its team, who are relentlessly focused on delivering the highest levels of after sales care.

Whilst the majority of Vision clients have had the solution deployed by Vision, the Group also support Managed Print Solutions for a number of other parties. Specialising in HP, Ricoh and Canon solutions, Vision deliver impressive SLA’s throughout the UK.

Describe your solution

The Group’s core offering is Managed Print Services, helping businesses to obtain and maintain visibility and control of print and copy output, and the associated costs, across all print devices within their organisation.

Typically a solution consists of print hardware supported by a print management platform delivering follow- me printing, rules based printing and cost accounting, as well as remote management software to assist with remote diagnostics, meter reading collection, and for the automation of consumables replenishment.

With this base solution layer the Vision team then support with realising efficiencies through workflow enhancement, optimising business processes. This can be as basic as integrating scanning to back office applications, through to digitising paper based processes & approval procedures.

In 2024 the Group rebranded as a workplace technology provider to also incorporate other, complimentary services, such as Business Process Automation and Unified Communications.

What pain point does your solution solve?

Typically a Managed Print Service from Vision improves security, availability and in turn user satisfaction, as well as sustainability.

Endpoint and document security are both enhanced through a deployment of the latest hardware, security management applications and follow me printing.

Vision also support clients with their ESG objectives through comprehensive recycling and sustainability initiatives such as PrintReleaf, which helps them to offset their carbon through reforestation.

Account Management also plays a crucial role in the success of our solutions; often overlooked is the support provided to seamlessly manage a print estate. Vision Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers work in partnership with each client to ensure maximized uptime, which in turn positively impacts user satisfaction and morale. The team also support clients to ensure continuous improvement, ensuring maximised return on investment.
