In 1992, Tony Golobic founded GreatAmerica with a vision of exceptional customer service and entrepreneurial spirit. Using digital credit application methods like Text2App and Email2App speeds up credit decisions to under five minutes and makes doing business easier.
Email2App offers an intelligent alternative for customers who email credit applications. Normally, a team member manually processes these applications. With Email2App, GreatAmerica uses AI and a bot to scan Service Cloud queues, review customer emails, identify new applications, and automatically extract pertinent information before submitting it to our credit adjudication system. This reduces manual effort and provides customers with a credit response in just minutes.
Text2App allows customers to text application information to GreatAmerica, offering an alternative for sales representatives in the field who usually call in applications. This method speeds up processing, reduces internal workload, and adds another communication channel, aligning with our goal of maximizing an omni-channel experience for our customers.

At GreatAmerica, our mission is to help our customers achieve greater success by prioritizing deep relationships and superior service over a commodity-based approach. Our customers drive our passion for innovation and encourage us to provide a seamless experience, demonstrated by technological tools like Text2App and Email2App. Additionally, B2B buyers now expect the same level of service as B2C customers, so we are implementing technology to meet their needs. Since May 2024, thousands of customers have benefited from our digital offerings to simplify and expedite the process; 99.8% of decisions were reduced to just minutes.
